The pastor serves the congregation and is responsible for the teaching and development of the spiritual life of the church. 

The leadership team is led by the pastor. This team oversees the day-to-day ministry and operations of the church.

The team meets regularly with the pastor and trustees.

The Trustees are members of the congregation who oversee the finances and direct the provision of the facilities needed by the church. They provide counsel to the Leadership Team regarding the major financial commitments of the church. Trustees meet regularly with the pastor and leadership team. Trustees are elected by the church membership each year.
