We are so excited that you have chosen to become a Life Group leader.

Becoming a part of a Life Group is a key step in the process at CLF, and is essential to improving your relationship with Christ and to truly connecting with fellow believers.


Our Life Groups meet in the context of shared interests and passions and promote fellowship that encourages and advances spiritual growth. We believe relationships can form levels of accountability and spiritual care for one another as we live out authenticity in a loving and caring community.


Please know that throughout the orientation and beyond, you, the leader will also be offered support. From time to time, we will offer additional training, and you will always be given encouragement and support as you lead your groups. We are here for you.
